I got a Riley snooker table installed in November of 2019 in my place of business in Toronto Canada .

From the initiation of the order till the completion of the installation we received excellent service from Riley team. It was a pleasure for all of us to meet Mr. David Douglas who was highly professional and did an incredible job.

Even though we still miss a lot of easy shots but we are very excited to play on this amazing snooker table!

I was introduced to snooker on a 10’ table at a pizza place in a small town in northern Missouri over 25 years ago and have dreamed of owning a table for years, but we've never had a large enough room.  

In January we purchased a lodge on a property in east Texas (Bell & Brook Ranch), and finally had space for a table.  After much research I decided on the Aristocrat, and from the initial contact on, you and the Riley team were flawless in communication and working out the many details of the order and overseas delivery.

​

The crates got some rough treatment here, but everything was well-packed and intact.  Matthew is an expert and built the table exactly as planned, and in short order we were ready for a frame.  The inaugural frame was with my wife.  Matthew and I played about 25 frames over a couple of days and had a grand time.

​

The table is nothing short of magnificent, and everyone who walks in the door is amazed, as it is the prominent feature in the center of the main room.

 It plays wonderfully.

My husband and I have nothing but praise for the sales and installation teams at Riley England.  Their customer service is second to none.  Richard Crocker patiently answered all our questions about room sizes, tables and features in a timely fashion.  

Communication by e-mail and phone was easy, as was the payment and ordering procedure. The two Welsh gentlemen who installed the table were courteous and able to work both diligently and at speed.  My husband was away at the time, and the guys did not mind explaining each step of the process as I clicked away with the camera so as to create a blog.  You could tell they took great pride in their work and in the brand they represented.  I especially loved seeing the machine cut slate laid in place and, before the felt was laid down, filler applied to even the smallest nick to ensure that nothing affected the roll of the ball.  I was fascinated to learn that all installations, whether private, public or for championships, are completed with such attention to detail.  

We are over the moon with our 4.5 x 9 foot black mahogany club table.  It is a beautiful piece of furniture as well as playing like a dream and we look forward to honing our skills on it over years to come.

Thank you again for all your help.  We now just need to continue to practice - weeks on and we are still coming to grips with the difference in felt, ball size and pocket size!

I wanted to thank you and the team at Riley for providing such outstanding service. I have to admit that I was a little nervous having a full size table shipped from the UK to Virginia but you made the logistics so very easy and Leighton also did a magnificent job of installation. The finished table looks fabulous and we are simply delighted with it.

You have been wonderful to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending Riley to any potential buyer.

Nostalgia played a big part in my decision to incorporate the design of a snooker room into our new house - my Dad and I enjoyed playing snooker together when I was a youngster, and I wanted to share that same experience with my own son.

Having made the decision to have a full size snooker table, the follow-on choice of a Riley table was quite simple. Of course the technical aspects of the table construction needed to be right, but the aesthetics of such a large statement piece of furniture in our new home also mattered. My expectations were high, but the reality is even better. The beauty of the wood in our table and the way it interacts with its surrounds are exactly what I hoped for. Not only that, but my experience of dealing with the team at Riley was first-class and while I initially wondered how a UK company was going to work out how to install our table in Australia, the process was surprisingly smooth from start to finish.

Having said all that, clearly my eyes were much better when I was younger than they are now, and those long shots are challenging. I'd better practice some more to make sure my son doesn't beat me too easily.
